Jacqueline Joe, MD, attended St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, followed by residency training completed in 2020 at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley — Doctors Hospital Renaissance in Edinburg, Texas. She also holds a master’s degree in applied anatomy from Case Western Reserve University. Board certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Joe joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2025.
Dr. Joe provides compassionate, patient-centered primary care to adults aged 18 and older. With a strong foundation in both chronic disease management and acute care, she specializes in comprehensive adult medicine, managing a wide range of chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol. Dr. Joe also treats acute illnesses such as infections (urinary tract, skin, fungal, bacterial), respiratory conditions (common cold, strep throat, viral illnesses), and other concerns. With a strong focus on preventive care, Dr. Joe is committed to helping patients achieve optimal health through education, prevention, and evidence-based treatment. Dr. Joe enjoys the diagnostic process of figuring out the root cause of a condition and helping to provide a solution. She also values the relationships she builds with her patients and considers their care and trust a privilege she does not take for granted.
