Grant Pickett, MD, MS, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at Texas A&M University College of Medicine in Bryan in 2018. He then went to Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he completed his internship and Internal Medicine residency in 2021 followed by a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology in 2023. Double board certified in Allergy and Immunology Medicine and Internal Medicine, Dr. Picket joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2025.

Dr. Picket sees patients needing care for a wide range of allergy and immune deficiency conditions, including seasonal allergies, asthma, eczema, food and medication allergies, and more. He finds the specialty of Allergy and Immunology to be very satisfying in that it allows him to get to see how treatments can make significant improvements in his patients’ quality of life.

Philosophy of Care

Dr. Pickett does his best to listen and understand each patient’s needs and priorities. He is a strong believer in shared decision making and works with his patients to create the treatment plans that best fit their individual needs.

Hobbies & Interests

Dr. Pickett enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children as well as traveling, reading, and playing soccer.
