Fazal Khan, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in August 2025. He earned his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in 2001. Dr. Khan completed his residency in Family Medicine at Cook County Hospital and Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, in 2006. Since then, he has built an extensive clinical background with experience across primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, and telemedicine.
Dr. Khan’s own Family Medicine doctor's care sparked his curiosity about the human body, inspiring him to pursue medicine. At Kelsey-Seybold, he provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages, managing both acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, infections, and heart disease. Dr. Khan’s favorite part of being a physician is having the satisfaction of seeing his patients recover from illness and improve their quality of live.

Dr. Khan believes in listening carefully to his patients and addressing their concerns with empathy and respect. He aims to build trust by understanding each patient’s unique situation and providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
