Dr. Hatherill earned his Doctorate of Audiology from Central Michigan University in 2006 and his Masters from West Virginia University in 1977.

He's been in practice for over 35 years and has enjoyed working in a variety of clinical positions starting with a residential facility for MH/MR, at a steel mill as their audiologist, in a ENT office, rehabilitation facility, hospital-based clinic, private practice, hearing aid center, and here at Kelsey-Seybold. He has worked with and supervised numerous students at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic from Lamar University.

Hobbies & Interests

In his spare time, Dr. Hatherill enjoys reading, bicycling, Steeler football, hockey and college football. He is also an avid gardener and enjoys landscaping.

Fun Fact

Dr. Hatherill's favorite book is Dickens’ "A Tale of Two Cities." He also enjoys books written by W.E.B. Griffin, Vince Flynn and Tom Clancey.

Dr. Hatherill is a Fellow at the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the American Speech, Language and Audiology Association. He is also a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology.
