Ambica Sethi, MD, is board-certified Internal Medicine physician who completed her medical degree at University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW) Medical School in Dallas, Texas. She went on to train at The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School, where she completed her residency in Internal Medicine with a strong foundation in both primary care and hospital medicine. Bilingual in English and Hindi, Dr. Sethi joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic’s Internal Medicine department in November 2025.
As a primary care physician for adult patients, Dr. Sethi is passionate about preventive health, chronic disease management, and empowering patients through education. She has a special interest in metabolic syndrome and the gut-brain axis, recognizing the powerful connection between digestive health and overall well-being. Dr Sethi is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive, and evidence-based care that focuses on seeing the patient in a holistic manner so that they may live meaningful lives outside of their disease.

Dr. Sethi builds rapport with her patients, striving to understand their lifestyles and how their health is affected by their environments. She provides patient-centered, practical, and supportive care to heal the whole person, not just the disease.
Hobbies & Interests
In her free time, Dr. Sethi loves going on walks, painting, boxing, and listening to music.
