To conduct a Video Visit from your Smartphone or Tablet:
- Sign into the MyKelsey app 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If this is your first video visit with Kelsey-Seybold, then sign in on the earlier end of that window to give you time to complete Pre Check-in and test your video visit hardware.
- Your video visit will be at the top of your landing page feed when you sign in with a green button. Note that you cannot join a scheduled video visit more than 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. Select the green button to begin.
- If you have not yet completed Pre Check-in the process will begin automatically. Once completed, you will be able to select the green "Join Visit" button to launch the video session.
- Your provider will connect to the video session at the appointment time. Note: our providers see patients in-clinic and virtually throughout the day and do their best to stay on schedule. We appreciate your patience when your provider may be running behind for a video visit.
- Be sure you are in a well-lit area with the camera and microphone enabled on your smart phone. Note: There is a hardware check that automatically happens when you launch the video session.
