It's Fast. It's Convenient. It's Kelsey-Seybold Quality! With an E-visit, you'll communicate online with a Kelsey-Seybold Provider about your medical condition. You can start an E-visit through your secure MyKelseyOnline (MKO) account or the MyKelsey app on your smartphone or tablet and you’ll receive a response in an hour or less!
E-visit Details
E-visits are available to patients ages 4-17 (Pediatric) and 18 years and older enrolled in a KelseyCare and KelseyCare Advantage health plan.
Adult and Pediatric E-visit Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Holidays (When Clinic is Closed): 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
E-Visits Treat More Than 20 Conditions, Including:
- Flu
- Cough and/or Cold Symptoms
- Sinus Infections
- UTI
- Headache
- Gastrointestinal Problems
- Pink Eye
- Depression/Anxiety
- Skin Rash
- Vaginal Discharge/Irritation
The fee for an E-visit can vary and will depend on your specific health insurance plan. The fee is generally lower than a typical primary care co-pay. If your health plan does not cover E-visits then you will be charged a flat fee of $15.
Special Notice to KelseyCare Advantage members: E-visits are now covered as a value-added benefit. Your co-pay will depend on your health plans specific benefit offer. Most co-pays are $5 or less.

E-visits are offered as a value-added convenience for KelseyCare members. Charges for E-visits may not accumulate toward your Maximum Out of Pocket (MOOP) expense.
About Your E-visit
Adult E-visits are conducted by one of our board-certified Physician Assistants. Pediatric E-visits are conducted by a Kelsey-Seybold Pediatrician. Kelsey-Seybold Virtual Health, which includes E-visits, is overseen by Internal Medicine physician and Associate Medical Director of Healthcare Innovation, Donnie Aga, MD.
Please note that no controlled substances or narcotic pain medications can be prescribed during an E-visit.
