IMPORTANT PATIENT NOTICE:

COVID-19 vaccination appointments are currently being scheduled for eligible patients (those who meet criteria 1a and 1b) through an outbound notification process by phone, text and MyKelseyOnline scheduling tickets. Due to limited vaccine supply at this time, patients are not able to directly schedule a COVID-19 vaccination without first receiving a notification from Kelsey-Seybold to schedule their appointment. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
