Tasnim Choudhury, DO, attended Michigan State University of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, earning her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. She then completed her Family Medicine residency at Henry Ford Allegiance Health in Jackson, Michigan, in 2021, serving as chief resident her final year. Bilingual in English and Bengali, Dr. Choudhury joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2021.
Dr. Choudhury provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages. She offers preventive care, including well checks, physicals, and immunizations, along with care for acute concerns such as viral illnesses, bacterial infections, skin rashes, and more. She also provides expert management of chronic conditions such as high cholesterol, asthma, diabetes, thyroid disease, and more.
