Stephanie Jones, DO, is a hospitalist who earned her medical degree at Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Cruces, New Mexico, in 2022. She then completed an Internal Medicine residency at University Hospitals St. John Medical Center in Westlake, Ohio, in 2025. Dr. Jones joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Hospitalist Medicine program in August 2025.

A firm believer in compassionate communication, Dr. Jones cares for patients who are admitted to the hospital with a wide range of acute medical conditions such as pneumonia, heart failure, sepsis, or complications from chronic illnesses. Patients typically come under her care when they require inpatient treatment, close monitoring, or coordination of complex care during a hospital stay. Dr. Jones’ role is to manage their conditions throughout their hospitalization and ensure a safe transition to the next phase of care. Her favorite part of practicing medicine is the opportunity to care for patients during some of their most critical and vulnerable moments — and help them make meaningful recoveries.

Philosophy of Care

With an empathetic and respectful approach, Dr. Jones listens carefully and communicates clearly with her patients, inviting them to join her in making evidence-based care decisions.

Hobbies & Interests

In her free time, Dr. Jones enjoys going on runs, which help her stay active and clear her mind. She also loves spending outdoor time with her dog, Cooper, whether they’re out for a walk, exploring a new trail, or just relaxing together.
