Samantha Antonioli, MD, earned her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2022 at the McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). She remained at UTHealth to complete her internship and Obstetrics and Gynecology residency in 2026. Dr. Antonioli joined Kelsey-Seybold’s OB/GYN department in September 2026.
Dr. Antonioli’s aunt, a neurologist, sparked her curiosity about science and the human body and showed her how rewarding it could be to care for patients during some of the most important moments in their lives. As an OB/GYN, Dr. Antonioli sees patients for all aspects of obstetric and gynecologic care, from routine preventive visits and annual well-woman exams to pregnancy care and delivery. She enjoys caring for women through every stage of life and treats a wide range of gynecologic concerns, including abnormal uterine bleeding, contraception, menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, menopause, and preventive health needs. Dr. Antonioli’s favorite part of practicing medicine is building lasting relationships with her patients and having the privilege of caring for them through some of life's most meaningful moments — whether it's guiding someone through a healthy pregnancy, helping them navigate a difficult diagnosis, or supporting them through preventive care.
Philosophy of Care
Dr. Antonioli strives to make medical information approachable and easy to understand, helping women better understand their bodies and feel confident in the decisions they make about their health. With a focus on individualized, evidence-based care, Dr. Antonioli’s goal is to create a welcoming, compassionate, and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and know they have a physician who is truly invested in their health and well-being.
