Rashmeen Rahman, DO, earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, in 2019. She completed her Internal Medicine internship and residency at Houston Methodist Hospital from 2019 to 2022. Dr. Rahman went on to complete a fellowship in Endocrinology at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, in 2024.
Dr. Rahman is board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in April 2025.
Her clinical experience includes both inpatient and outpatient endocrinology, and her medical interests include diabetes management and endocrine disorders. She has additional training in healthcare quality and safety and has contributed to initiatives focused on improving diabetes care transitions and self-management education.
Philosophy of Care
Dr. Rahman focuses on improving patient care through clear communication and evidence-based practices. She has worked on projects to support diabetes education and improve hospital discharge processes.
