Rachel Clark, FNP-BC, APRN, MSN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who attended the Cizik School of Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, completing her Master of Science in Nursing in 2025. Rachel also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. She joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Urology department in September 2025.
By pursuing a career in healthcare, Nancy follows in the footsteps of both her mother, a nurse, and her father, an army medic. As an empathetic, cheerful, and conscientious provider, she strives to make her patients’ lives easier by helping to solve their urologic concerns. These include UTIs, pelvic floor disorders, kidney infections, kidney stones, incontinence, interstitial cystitis (bladder pain syndrome), and more. She is also interested in helping patients with their pelvic floor health, female hormonal health, and functional and integrative medicine. Nancy’s favorite part of being in the medical field is having the honor of being able to meet new people and then help them in their times of vulnerability and need.
Philosophy of Care
To provide the best care possible, Nancy builds trust with her patients first and foremost by listening to their unique stories and struggles, understanding that no patient is the same. She cares for everyone with kindness and conscientiousness and thinks outside of the box with them to achieve thorough, attentive care.
Hobbies & Interests
In her spare time, Nancy enjoys biking, weight lifting, singing karaoke, refurbishing antique furniture, and spending time with her five siblings.
