Nicole Hunt, MD, earned her medical degree at the University of West Indies, Mona Campus, in 2010. After time spent in a private practice externship, she completed her residency in 2018 at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. She also completed a fellowship at Howard University and a fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Hunt joined Kelsey-Seybold in January 2024.
From an early age, Dr. Hunt was fascinated by biology and the complexities of the human body. This curiosity evolved into a passion for medical science and a strong desire to be at the forefront of solving medical challenges, which led to her pursuing a career in medicine. At Kelsey-Seybold, patients see Dr. Hunt for her specialized expertise in diagnosing and treating rheumatic diseases. As a rheumatologist, she has extensive training in managing complex autoimmune conditions and musculoskeletal disorders. These conditions include rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, myositis, vasculitis, sarcoidosis, gout, and scleroderma. Whether it is diagnosing a complex condition or offering comfort in difficult times, Dr. Hunt finds the opportunity to positively impact the health and wellbeing of her patients deeply gratifying.

Dr. Hunt has a passion for arts and crafts. Painting, sketching, and working on DIY projects are some of her favorite ways to express her creativity. She also enjoys playing chess.
