Natalie Koehler, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner who provides primary care for adults. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) Cizik School of Nursing in 2024. She previously completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Texas Woman’s University in 2014 and a Bachelor of Science in Health at Texas A&M University in 2012. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold in September 2025, she practiced as an emergency department registered nurse at Houston-area hospitals.
Inspired to pursue a career in healthcare by her experiences volunteering in the neonatal intensive care unit while in high school, Natalie now provides collaborative primary care for adults. She specializes in preventive care, same-day care for acute concerns, and chronic disease management. She is committed to clear communication, patient education, and collaborative care planning, and her favorite part of her work with patients is having the opportunity to help them reach their healthcare goals.

Natalie engages in active listening with her patients to establish collaborative relationships with them and help them manage and promote their health in a way that is individualized and holistic.

In her free time, Natalie enjoys tennis, reading, and attending sporting events — especially soccer, football, basketball, and baseball.
