Khadijah Bilal, DO, earned her medical degree at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, Iowa, in 2020. Afterward, she went on to Bayonne, New Jersey, to complete her Internal Medicine residency at CarePoint Health - Bayonne Medical Center in 2023. Double-board certified in Internal Medicine and Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Bilal joined Kelsey-Seybold as a hospitalist in August 2025.
Dr. Bilal specializes in the care of patients admitted to the hospital for a variety of acute conditions such as diabetes complications, strokes, heart failure, and severe infections. She coordinates all specialty care for her patients during their hospital stays as well as follow-up care for after her patients are discharged. Dr. Bilal has a particular interest in treating patients in underserved populations, who also suffer most from complications of chronic disease.
