Joanna Molina Razavi, MD, earned her medical degree at the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California in Tijuana, Mexico, in 2007. After graduating, she relocated to Houston, Texas, where she completed her Internal Medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine in 2011. Dr. Molina Razavi then completed fellowships in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston in 2015. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she joined Kelsey-Seybold as an experienced, double board-certified cardiologist in November 2025.
Dr. Molina Razavi’s own pediatrician inspired her love of medicine, and some of her fondest memories are of playing doctor in his office. In her own practice today, she sees patients for a wide variety of cardiovascular concerns, including cardiac rhythm issues and complex arrhythmias as well as congestive heart failure, hypertension, and more. As a cardiologist, Dr. Molina Razavi most enjoys helping her patients and making a difference in their lives.

Dr. Molina Razavi listens closely and takes time to answer questions so that her patients feel seen and understood. She prioritizes communication and teamwork to ensure her patients and their families have a clear understanding of their conditions and treatment options.
Hobbies & Interests
Away from the clinic, Dr. Molina Razavi is a foodie and avid reader. She also spends her free time doing Pilates and making flower arrangements.
