Dillon Keenan McCarty, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in hospital medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine Residency through Tulane University at Baton Rouge General. Since 2020, Dr. McCarty has provided comprehensive inpatient care as a hospitalist, caring for hospitalized adults with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Dr. McCarty is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in the hospital setting. His clinical interests include the management of complex medical conditions, acute inpatient care, coordination of care during hospitalization, transitions of care, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes. He treats adult patients requiring hospitalization for illnesses such as infections, cardiovascular disease, respiratory conditions, diabetes, and other acute and chronic medical concerns. Dr. McCarty is committed to clear communication and teamwork, ensuring patients and their families understand their care plans while working closely with physicians, nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless, high-quality care.
