She went on to Lubbock to complete her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency in 2026 at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. Bilingual in English and traditional Chinese, Dr. Moy joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2026 as a board-certified OB/GYN.
Dr. Moy chose medicine because she wanted a career centered around caring for others. She provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including preventive wellness, pregnancy care, family planning, and general gynecologic care for women at every stage of life. Dr. Moy’s clinical interests include preventive women's health, prenatal care, and patient education, helping women feel informed and involved in their healthcare. She is also certified in the da Vinci Robotic Surgery Systems for minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Moy’s favorite part of practicing medicine is getting to know her patients and being able to provide care for them through the different stages of their lives.
Philosophy of Care
Dr. Moy believes every woman deserves compassionate, respectful care and the opportunity to be an active participant in decisions about her health. She builds trust by listening to her patients, communicating openly, and taking the time to understand their concerns, goals, and individual needs. By creating an environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and discussing their health, Dr. Moy ensures patients feel supported and confident throughout their healthcare experience.
