Lubys Etc Celebrates Grand Opening at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic
New Partnership Offers Healthy Eating Option for Patients and Staff
Houston (February 23, 2009) – There is something new on the menu at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic's Main Campus located near the Texas Medical Center - Luby's. Kelsey-Seybold and Luby's leadership celebrated the opening of its new Luby's, etc. food court at the Clinic's flagship Main Campus location on Holcombe near the Texas Medical Center on Feb. 11 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception.
Luby's Culinary Services opened Kelsey-Seybold's new kitchen and dining facility on Jan. 12 and provides culinary and catering services for the Clinic.
"Kelsey-Seybold is proud to launch this new partnership with Luby's Culinary Services, two great names in health care and food service," said Dr. Spencer Berthelsen, chairman, Board of Directors at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. "This is a great time to celebrate. This year, Kelsey-Seybold celebrates 60 years of service to the community."

Luby's, etc. at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is located on the second floor and serves breakfast from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
