Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Breaks Ground on New Location in Towne Lake
HOUSTON (December 09, 2025) – Kelsey-Seybold Clinic announced plans today to build a two-story clinic in Towne Lake, a master planned community located at 9831 Towne Lake Parkway in Cypress. The 33,000-square-foot clinic will offer adult and pediatric primary care for patients living and working in Cypress and the surrounding area.
“We are excited to break ground on our new Towne Lake Clinic, which represents another step forward in our mission to expand access to high-quality, value-based care for families across the greater Cypress area,” said Azam Kundi, MD, chairman and CEO of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. “Our new location will bring convenient, comprehensive health care closer to home for this growing community, ensuring patients have the resources they need.”
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Towne Lake will open with primary care providers for adults and children, as well as OB/GYN services and room to accommodate up to 20 providers. The clinic will also offer other ancillary services, including on-site imaging and laboratory services.
