Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Introduces New Services Offering Greater Access to Care in Cypress
Northwest Campus (formerly Cypress Clinic) expands services in primary and specialty care
HOUSTON (Nov. 18, 2025) – The Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Northwest Campus renovations and expansion are complete, having added a second building on an adjacent property. The addition is a 120,000-square-foot professional building with space for a future ambulatory surgery center (ASC). Northwest Campus increases access to new services and care and is easily accessible from U.S. Route 290 just north of the Sam Houston Tollway.
“Growing our Northwest Campus allows us to better serve the growing number of families in this area with the kind of care that puts patients first,” said Azam Kundi, MD, Chairman and CEO, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. “By bringing more coordinated, value-based services and specialists together under one roof, we’re making it easier for patients to get high-quality care that’s convenient and close to home.”
The Northwest Campus will serve as the regional specialty and ancillary campus for patients who live in the Northwest Region of Greater Houston. The campus is located at 19926 Northwest Freeway in Houston and includes a five-story building with space for up to 40 providers in a variety of specialties.
Expanded Specialties
Patients have immediate access to comprehensive adult and pediatric primary care, as well as access to expanded specialty care and newly added specialties in cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, family medicine, gastroenterology, infectious disease, internal medicine, nephrology, neurology, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, optometry, orthopedics, orthopedics – sports medicine, orthopedics – surgery, pediatrics, physical medicine and rehabilitation, podiatry, pulmonary medicine, rheumatology, general surgery and urology. Planned expansion of specialty services includes the addition of providers in allergy, audiology, otolaryngology (ENT), plastic surgery and colorectal surgery.
Expanded Ancillary Services
Northwest Campus patients have access to support services, including an on-site Kelsey Pharmacy, laboratory and diagnostic X-ray.
Future Planned Expansion in Surgical Care
Northwest Campus was thoughtfully designed with space for future expansion of medical services, including the future opening of an ambulatory surgery center in Building B.
