Lance Armstrong Visits Kelsey-Seybold Clinic to Support Proposition 15
Houston (October 16, 2007) – Seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong enjoyed a guided tour from Dr. James Hoyle, medical director of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, and Dr. Grace Butler, president of Hope Through Grace, a local cancer awareness organization. Armstrong visited Kelsey-Seybold Clinic's Main Campus to rally voters and cancer survivors to support Proposition 15 on Tuesday, Oct. 16, during a stop on his statewide bus tour.
Seven-time Tour de France winning cyclist Lance Armstrong and several policymakers and medical leaders recently collaborated to strike an unprecedented blow against cancer. Armstrong visited Kelsey-Seybold Clinic's Main Campus and rallied visitors to support Prop. 15, which would allocate $3 billion in state funds to cancer research.
