Kelsey-Seybold to Consolidate Two Clinic Locations with the Opening of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Pearland
Patients living in Pearland to benefit from having all physicians and medical services available at one, convenient location
Houston (September 10, 2013) – To meet increased demand and improve patient experience and convenience, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic will open a new medical office building in Pearland on Monday, October 7. The new location will bring all physicians and medical services under one roof. Upon completion, the new Pearland Clinic, located at 2515 Business Center Drive, off Highway 288 will replace both the former Silverlake clinic at 9430 Broadway Street and the current Shadow Creek Ranch clinic at 1097 Shadow Creek Parkway.
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Pearland will be one of 20 multispecialty clinics in the Greater Houston area. The new Pearland Clinic joins recent construction of the Meyerland Clinic (which opened April 8) and the Pasadena Clinic (which opened June 24). Additionally, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has moved into a new administrative building in Pearland.
The three-story Pearland Clinic will more than double the size of the combined Silverlake and Shadow Creek locations, with 55,000 square feet designated as clinical space and room for 27 physicians. Patients will have access to physicians specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatric Medicine, OB/GYN, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics-Sports Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Spine, Podiatry and Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine. Patients will have the added convenience of an onsite pharmacy to fill prescriptions.
In addition to having all Pearland physicians and medical services in the same building, the new clinic will offer expanded medical and diagnostic testing including EKG and ultrasound, as well as the immediate expansion of the clinical laboratory. The new clinic will have space designated for future digital mammography, bone densitometry and mobile CT imaging.
Silverlake and Shadow Creek Ranch physicians will continue to see patients at Shadow Creek Ranch until Friday, October 4.
