Kelsey-Seybold Opens West University Clinic Near Spencer R. Berthelsen Main Campus
The new clinic will bring expanded services to the community and will support Spencer R. Berthelsen Main Campus patients as it undergoes renovations
HOUSTON (May 22, 2023) – Kelsey-Seybold’s new West University Clinic opened today at 3003 W. Holcombe Blvd. The 26,000-square-foot clinic provides primary care for adults and children, as well as specialty care services in Dermatology and Infectious Disease, with other specialties coming soon.
West University Clinic, located in the Vanderbilt Square shopping center at the corner of West Holcombe Blvd. and Buffalo Speedway, expands access to coordinated, evidence-based care in the area. It offers on-site services such as laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound, and a Kelsey Pharmacy and is currently supporting the renovation of nearby Spencer R. Berthelsen Main Campus by providing transitional overflow.

As the Berthelsen Main Campus is renovated, some providers will utilize the space at West University. Upon completion of the renovations West University Clinic will have space for up to 13 providers.. The clinic will serve West University, Southside Place, Southampton, Braes Heights, the Texas Medical Center, and the larger South-Central region and communities.
West University Clinic and the Berthelsen Main Campus are within a half mile of each other, making it ideal for West University Clinic patients to receive primary care with convenient specialty care services nearby.
