Kelsey-Seybold Clinic welcomes Pediatrician Dr. Erin A. Eckhart
Houston (August 11, 2014) – Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, Houston's premier community-based physician group for more than 60 years, welcomes Dr. Erin A. Eckhart, a pediatrician now caring for patients at the new Clear Lake Clinic which opened Aug 4. Dr. Eckhart has a special interest in developing continuity of care with patients and families, supporting new mothers with breastfeeding, preventive health, parental education and adolescent care.
Dr. Eckhart graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. In 2008, she received her medical degree from Texas A&M University Health Science Center and the following year she completed an internship in Family Medicine at Columbus Regional Medical Center, Columbus, Georgia. She went on to complete an internship/residency in Pediatrics at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2014.
"I really enjoy working with parents to provide them with the information and education they need to make informed decisions for the health and well-being of their children. My goal is to work together with parents to help their children grow and thrive," said Dr. Eckhart.
Dr. Eckhart will see patients at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Clear Lake, located at 1010 South Ponds Drive, directly across from Baybrook Mall on I-45.
