Kelsey-Seybold Breaks Ground on New Clinic in The Woodlands
New Clinic part of aggressive $200 million capital investment across the Houston area.
Houston (February 4, 2014) – To meet increased demand and improve patient experience and convenience, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has begun construction on a new $30 million medical office building in The Woodlands. This new facility is part of a nearly $200 million capital investment Kelsey-Seybold will make in the Houston area by early 2015. The new clinic, which will open in the winter of 2014, will be located at 106 Vision Park Blvd., Shenandoah, TX 77381.
"Patient care and convenience is of utmost importance to us at The Woodlands Clinic and our new clinic will allow us to offer more medical specialties and services so we can meet the growing demand in The Woodlands," said Pamela Bilnoski, clinic administrator, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – The Woodlands.
The new three-story clinic will double its square footage from 41,000 to 80,000 square feet with room for 38 physicians. Patients will have access to physicians specializing in Audiology, Cardiology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Family Medicine, Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Pediatrics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation / Spine, Pulmonary Medicine and Surgery. New medical specialties will include: Neurology, Urology, Rheumatology, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Optometry, and Ophthalmology.
The new clinic will also offer patients expanded medical and diagnostic testing to include Radiology and laboratory services. Patients will continue to have the convenience of an onsite pharmacy to fill prescriptions.

Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians will continue to care for their patients at the current The Woodlands OB/GYN Clinic at 17198 St. Luke's Way, Suite 540, Medical Arts Center I, The Woodlands, TX 77385. Kelsey-Seybold physicians will continue to care for patients at the 17350 St. Luke's Way, Suite 175 and 200, Medical Arts Center II, until the new clinic opens late 2014.
The new Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – The Woodlands location was designed by Kirksey Architecture. Gamma Construction has been named the general contractor for this project.
