Kelsey-Seybold Assumes Care at Lake Jackson’s Feaver Family Practice

Houston (April 1, 2021) Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and Feaver Family Practice have entered into an agreement for Feaver Family Practice to officially become Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Lake Jackson, effective April 5, 2021. Feaver Family Practice will be fully integrated into the Kelsey-Seybold multispecialty healthcare system as the 26th location in the Greater Houston-Galveston region.

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Lake Jackson will continue to serve new and current patients at the current Feaver Family Practice location at 201 That Way St., Lake Jackson, TX 77566. Patients can continue to call 979-285-2100 to schedule appointments.
