Kelsey-Seybold Announces New Advanced Wellness Exam Offering for Downtown Professionals
Comprehensive exam designed for busy professionals
Houston (May 20, 2014) – Patients looking for a highly personalized and efficient way to manage their personal health may be good candidates for the Advanced Wellness Exam, now offered at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Downtown. The comprehensive appointment takes about four hours and offers patients an extended physician consultation, with most test results available that same day for physician consultation.

- A comprehensive physical examination, including a 45-minute visit with a physician to discuss health concerns and answer questions
- Comprehensive lab testing, with same-day test results for most lab work
- EKG or stress test (based on age)
- A 30-minute consultation with a registered dietitian
- Audio and visual screening
- The Know Your Number®Health Risk Assessment, a sophisticated risk analysis indicating your personal five-year risk for development of diseases, including stroke, diabetes and heart disease
- Catered light breakfast in a private dining room
Upon completion of the appointment, a personal concierge will assist the patient in making follow up appointments with recommended specialists and enrolling the patient in MyKelseyOnline – Kelsey-Seybold's personalized and secure internet platform that connects patients to their medical record, and their Kelsey-Seybold clinicians.
