Kelsey Seybold and Boon Chapman Announce Partnership
KelseyCare administered by Boon-Chapman' health benefits plan is now available to the Houston market
Houston (January 16, 2013) – Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, the nation's first accountable care organization accredited by the National Committee for Quality Assurance, and Boon-Chapman, a Texas-based third-party administrator of employee benefits, announced a partnership to deliver Kelsey-Seybold's "KelseyCare" health benefits plan to partially self-funded employers in the Greater Houston area with 50 or more covered employees.
KelseyCare has been offered to Houston-area employers for more than six years and delivers high-quality care that is on average 15 to 30 percent lower in total cost when compared to other health plans in the greater Houston area.

As a part of the KelseyCare health benefits plan design, Boon-Chapman will provide employers with member services, claims administration, comprehensive eligibility systems and stop-loss coverage. Additionally, employers will have the opportunity to offer employees a variety of KelseyCare benefit plans including a KelseyCare "Point of Service" plan, a KelseyCare "Deductible" plan and the KelseyCare "No Deductible" plan.
