Did you know? You can opt in and be added to an electronic notification wait list to receive alerts from your MyKelsey patient portal if an earlier appointment time becomes available.

How It Works:

Patients can elect to use ‘Fast Pass’ when scheduling an appointment through their MyKelseyOnline patient portals or the MyKelsey app.

Opting in to Fast Pass as part of the scheduling process will add you to an electronic wait list with that provider.

If an earlier appointment time becomes available, you will receive a notification from MyKelsey. At that time, you can:

• Decline or ignore the message: There will be no change to your previously scheduled appointment.
• Accept the offer: Once you accept, your appointment time will be automatically changed to the new time. An open timeslot is offered to all Fast Pass users who request it and is awarded to the first person who accepts it.

Option 3: Opt In After Appointment Is Scheduled:
Whether you scheduled your appointment via the MyKelsey patient portal or with a Kelsey-Seybold representative, you can log in to your MyKelsey account any time prior to your appointment and view your appointment details. Simply select “Get on Wait List” to join.
