​Fast Pass – an Electronic Wait List

MyKelseyOnline sends alerts to patients when earlier appointment opens up.​

Kelsey-Seybold Pulmonary patients who use MyKelseyOnline are the first to have access to an exciting new feature called Fast Pass.


With Fast Pass, patients are able to put themselves on an electronic waiting list to receive alerts when earlier timeslots become available. Although only available for Pulmonary appointments at the present time, Fast Pass will soon expand to include other specialties.

The Fast Pass feature can be accessed by logging in to MyKelseyOnline from  any computer, laptop or the MyKelseyOnline mobile app (available on Google Play and on the App Store).

How it Works​

Patients who sign up for Fast Pass receive alerts through MyKelseyOnline when earlier appointment times become available. Decline or ignore the message and nothing happens. Accept the offer and your appointment time will be changed to the new time. An open timeslot is offered to all Fast Pass users who request it and is awarded to the first person who accepts it.

Once the Fast Pass feature expands to other specialties, patients will be able to select preferences for providers, locations and timeslots.
