Schedule Your Mammo​gram

To accommodate busy women who wish to schedule a screening mammogram, Kelsey-Seybold accepts self-requested mammography patients without an order from a primary care physician.

Unless otherwise directed by your physician, if you're 40 or older and it's been more than a year since your last well-woman exam and mammogram, you can schedule both on the same day at the same location by calling our 24-hour Well-Woman Hotline at 713-442-1161. Please inform our representative that you're calling to schedule both a well-woman exam and mammogram.

Certain self-requested criteria apply:

1. You must be at least 40 years old.
2. You must be an established Kelsey-Seybold Clinic patient.
3. You must be asymptomatic. If you have symptoms, such as a lump in your breast or armpit, nipple changes (discharge, inversion, retraction, or itching), skin changes (redness, , or thickening), or have a personal history of breast cancer that occurred less than five years ago, you must first schedule a primary care physician visit to obtain a diagnostic order.
