Zachary Lernor graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University Institute of Health Sciences – Houston Center in 2011. He earned his Master’s in Nursing from the Jane and Robert Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth in Houston in 2016. He is a board-certified Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner – ANCC.
Zachary has held several positions as a registered nurse (R.N.) and a nurse practitioner. He held staff R.N. positions at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Houston in the Coronary Care Unit from 2011 to 2012, Heart Hospital of Austin in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit from 2013 to 2014, and Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston in the Cardiac Care Unit from 2012 to 2014. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold in 2018, Zachary was a nurse practitioner in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Baylor College of Medicine/Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center.

Zachary enjoys team sports, church, and spending time with family.
Fun Facts
Zachary has a few guilty pleasures, such as french fries, playing poker, and FIFA on Xbox. As a child, Zachary thought he’d grow up to be either a chef or a nurse. Both serve people.
