Eloho Ajayi, MD, attended the College of Medicine University of Lagos in Nigeria, completing her medical degree in 2011. After relocating to Abington, Pennsylvania, she completed an Internal Medicine residency at Abington-Jefferson Health in 2019. Dr. Ajayi also completed an Infectious Disease fellowship in 2021 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. In September 2025, Dr. Ajayi joined Kelsey-Seybold as a board-certified Infectious Disease specialist.
Dr. Ajayi became a physician to meaningfully contribute to the overall health and well-being of every person who comes under her care. She strives to provide excellent, patient-centered care, going the extra mile to ensure she addresses all concerns related to infectious diseases with her patients. In addition to treating general infectious diseases, Dr. Ajayi helps patients with infectious diseases related to transplants, fungal infections, and infections in immunocompromised patients. Her favorite part of practicing medicine is having the ability to meet and care for people from diverse backgrounds.
Philosophy of Care
Dr. Ajayi believes in building trust through clear communication and full transparency. She also understands that providing patient-focused, compassionate care allows her to always put the patient first.
Hobbies & Interests
When she isn’t treating patients, Dr. Ajayi enjoys spending time with her family, reading classical Christian literature, and writing Christian-based fairy tales for children.
