Crystal Cartwright, ANP-BC, completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Massachusetts in 1998, graduating cum laude. She then earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2005, graduating with academic honors from Hunter College in New York City. Before joining Kelsey-Seybold, Crystal served as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner in acute care settings and as clinical director for the adult community health worker program of Center for Community Health Navigation in New York City.

Crystal says she chose medicine after being inspired by her parents to pursue a profession in which she can be of service to humanity. In her daily practice, she strives to help patients maintain good health and take the best possible control of chronic conditions, including diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease, and to help prevent avoidable complications associated with these conditions. Crystal sees patients for a variety of ailments, including pain, stress, coughing, and depression, and particularly enjoys teaching and meeting a wide variety of people through her work.
