Fun Facts
Dr. Horner Dykes says some advice that has truly influenced her life came from a mural on the wall of the gymnastics class when she was young. It was a quote by Aristotle: “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
The most interesting place Dr. Horner Dykes has visited is Lima, Peru, where she participated in a medical mission trip in nearby villages. The experience reinforced to her that she’s doing exactly what she was born to do.
It may not be widely known, but Dr. Horner Dykes grew up in Katy, where she attended Cinco Ranch High School.
