Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Opens New Location in Aliana
HOUSTON (October 20, 2025) – Kelsey-Seybold’s Aliana Clinic is open for patient care, serving the residents of Richmond, Texas, living in and around the Aliana master-planned community. The new clinic is located at 11225 W. Grand Parkway South and opens with 10 providers offering primary and specialty care for adults and children. Kelsey-Seybold’s Aliana Clinic increases access to coordinated, evidence-based care for residents living in Aliana, Pecan Grove, Waterside Estates, Long Meadow Farms and New Territory.
“Our Aliana Clinic is an important access point for patients to connect with coordinated, community-based care,” said Azam Kundi MD, chairman and CEO, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. “For us, it has always been about meeting our patients where they are and the new Aliana Clinic brings a dedicated focus to coordinated, quality care to patients living in this established residential area.”
On opening day, patients have access to providers offering care in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics and OB/GYN, with additional specialties and services added as the community around it continues to grow. Floors one and two of the 51,000 square-foot clinic open today and an unfinished third floor stands ready for future expansions with enough space for up to 46 providers.
“The new Aliana Clinic enhances our ability to deliver integrated specialty services through close collaboration with our Fort Bend Campus, offering patients a seamless experience across a wide range of medical needs,” said Kenneth Janis, chief operating officer.
Aliana Clinic is the sixth Kelsey-Seybold location serving Fort Bend County residents. This opening follows other expansions and new clinic openings in Fort Bend County, including the Fort Bend Campus expansion and the openings of Stafford Clinic, Rosenberg Clinic, Katy Clinic and Sienna Clinic.
