Sreenath Kodali, MD, earned his medical degree in 2008 at Guntur Medical College in India before relocating to the US. Once in New York, he finished his Internal Medicine residency at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow in 2013. After he then completed a fellowship in Infectious Disease at Stony Brook University Hospital, Dr. Kodali served as chief resident at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where he also completed a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in June 2026 as an experienced hematologist and oncologist.
Dr. Kodali specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of both benign and malignant hematological conditions and oncological conditions. These include anemia and clotting disorders that affect blood cell production or function, as well as blood cancers, bone tumors, lymphoma, and other cancers of the breast, lung, prostate, pancreas, and more. Dr. Kodali’s favorite part of practicing medicine is engaging in thoughtful, honest communication with his patients — which he considers to be the foundation to building strong patient-physician relationships.

Dr. Kodali prioritizes patient welfare — focusing on transparent communication, compassion, and empathy while providing patient-centered, evidence-based care. He integrates his patients’ unique values, preferences, and social context to ensure care decisions are tailored to them as individuals.
