Dr. Jalaja Joseph is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with fellowship training in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism. She graduated from Mysore Medical College, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Karnataka in Bengaluru, India, in 2005. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Queens Hospital Center, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York in 2011. Dr. Joseph completed a fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Md., in 2014. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold in March 2022, Dr. Joseph was assistant professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology at Albany Medical Center for seven years.
