  • How can I stay with Kelsey-Seybold in 2026?

    In 2026, Kelsey-Seybold will accept the following United Healthcare Marketplace (ACA) Individual and Family Plans:

    • UHC Kelsey-Seybold Gold Copay Focus
    • UHC Kelsey-Seybold Silver Copay Focus
    • UHC Kelsey-Seybold Bronze Copay Focus

    The plan must have “Kelsey-Seybold” in the plan name. United Healthcare offers other Marketplace (ACA) plans that are not accepted at Kelsey-Seybold.

  • Can I come to Kelsey-Seybold with other Marketplace/ACA plans like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Molina, Community Health Choise or Oscar?

    No. Kelsey-Seybold is not contracted with any other Marketplace plans. (Only the United Healthcare plans with Kelsey-Seybold in the plan name listed above).

  • How do I change to a UHC Kelsey-Seybold Copay Focus Marketplace plan for 2026?
    I have an existing relationship with a broker/agent - Contact your agent and tell them you want to enroll into one of the UHC Kelsey-Seybold Copay Focus plans listed above, they can assist you through the process.

  • I received a letter informing me I'm being moved to a new plan that is not accepted at Kelsey, what can I do?

    The Open Enrollment period for Marketplace plans begins November 1, 2025 – at that time you are able to change to a different plan. The new plan is effective January 1, 2026.

    The letters received from Healthcare Marketplace which indicate your new plan are alerting you to the change, however you can change plans to any plan you prefer. If you wish to remain with Kelsey-Seybold, you will need to enroll in one of the UHC Kelsey-Seybold plans listed above.

  • I will have new insurance offered by employer, is my plan accepted at Kelsey?
    Kelsey-Seybold accepts many plans offered by carriers like Aetna, BCBSTX, Cigna, United Healthcare and more. Go to Insurance Accepted for a complete list of plans accepted.
  • I am going on Medicare in 2026. Can I still access Kelsey-Seybold?

  • How do I transfer my medical records out of Kelsey-Seybold?
