Ned Snyder MD Seeing Patients at the Shadow Creek Ranch Clinic in Pearland
Houston (January 6, 2011) – Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Shadow Creek Ranch, has added Gastroenterology as the newest specialty offered to patients in Pearland. Ned Snyder, III, M.D., Chief of Gastroenterology at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic will see patients on Wednesday afternoons at the Shadow Creek Ranch Clinic located at 10970 Shadow Creek Parkway in Pearland.
"Patients at both Shadow Creek Ranch Clinic and Silverlake Clinic will benefit from having the added services that a gastroenterologist can provide," said Rodney Porter, Administrator of the Shadow Creek Ranch Clinic. "Dr. Snyder is extremely well known and respected at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and among his peers. We are delighted to have someone of his caliber caring for our Pearland patients."
Dr. Snyder joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2009. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. In addition to caring for patients at the Shadow Creek Ranch Clinic, Dr. Snyder also sees patients at Kelsey-Seybold's Main Campus location.
In 2007, 2008 and 2009, Dr. Snyder was nominated as a Texas Monthly "Texas Super Doctor." He also has been named to "Best Doctors in America 2009-2010." In 2006, he received the Laureate Award, the highest honor from the Texas Chapter of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Snyder has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale and a Medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB). He completed his internship at The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and returned to UTMB for his residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Gastroenterology. Dr. Snyder then returned to Yale as a post-doctoral fellow in Internal Medicine at the University's medical school and completed a Hepatology fellowship there.
