If you are new to Kelsey-Seybold, or you are not currently signed up for MyKelseyOnline, you will get personalized assistance with registering for this portal from your Kelsey-Seybold representative.

This is a secure online patient portal where you will be able to view results and communicate with your physician via your computer or smartphone.MyKelseyOnline Mobile Access

A one-time activation code will be sent to your email for you to sign up.

Instructions for set-up are included in the Information Guide provided or can be obtained from your Kelsey-Seybold representative.
