As part of our focus on prevention, we’ve embraced Life’s Essential 8™. As defined by the American Heart Association, the key measures for improving and maintaining cardiovascular health are composed of eight health behaviors and health factors:

  • Controlling cholesterol
  • Managing blood sugar
  • Controlling blood pressure
