Weather Update

May 19, 2024, 3 p.m.:

We are happy to report that many of our locations affected by the power outages last Thursday will resume normal operations on Monday, May 20, including:

  • Memorial Villages Campus – Open for In-Person Care
  • Rice Village Clinic – Open for In-Person Care
  • Summer Creek Clinic – Open for In-Person Care
  • Tanglewood Clinic – Open for In-Person Care

At this time, there are two clinic locations still without power. In-person appointments at these locations will be relocated to nearby clinics until power is restored. Kelsey-Seybold’s 24/7 Contact Center is reaching out to patients with appointments at these locations to alert them of the change in location for their in-person appointments.

**Patients with scheduled in-person appointments at Greater Heights Clinic will be relocated to either Meyerland Clinic or Berthelsen Main Campus.

**Patients with scheduled in-person appointments at North Channel Clinic will be relocated to Summer Creek Clinic.

Patients with questions may call our 24/7 Contact Center at 713-442-0000 to confirm the location of their in-person appointments, as well as diagnostics or procedures.
