Who:
If you’re insured by the Harris County Medical plan, you’re eligible for healthcare services at the Health & Wellness Clinic downtown. This also includes care for your dependents (18 years and older) covered by the County medical plan.

Where:
We’re located at 1310 Prairie Street on the 1st floor, Suite 109, of the Anderson Clayton Building.

When:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Cost:

For sick care and in-person appointments at the Harris County Employee Health & Wellness Clinic, there's a Zero-dollar copay.
For wellness exams or other preventive care, there is no charge for one free preventive exam per benefit year.
Lab services are included in your visit at no extra cost.

If you have traditional Medicare as your primary coverage and wish to continue to see your Kelsey-Seybold physician, you must be enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan that Kelsey-Seybold accepts. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is in-network with more than 25 Medicare Advantage plans.
