Kelsey-Seybold Opens New, Standalone Multispecialty Care Center in Katy
Houston (March 21, 2016) – On March 21, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic opened a new multispecialty care center in Katy, moving the practice from the Kingsland Blvd. location to 22121 FM 1093 Road, Richmond, TX 77407 off Westpark Tollway between Grand Parkway and Peek Road. The $13 million medical office will improve patient experience and convenience, expanding the current service offerings in the fast-growing Katy area.
“The unprecedented growth of the Katy area made the decision to expand our services in Katy and building a new medical office an easy one,” said Kristie Johnson, Clinic Administrator, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Katy. “Our physicians and medical staff pride themselves on providing care to our patients and we look forward to welcoming both existing and new patients to our new clinic.”
The new two-story Kelsey-Seybold Clinic - Katy doubles its square footage from 16,000 to 36,000 square feet with room for up to 15 physicians. Patients will have access to physicians specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Cardiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, General Surgery and Urology with plans to add additional specialties in the future.
The new clinic will also offer patients expanded medical and diagnostic testing to include radiology, ultrasound, digital mammography, bone density and laboratory services. Patients will continue to have the convenience of an onsite pharmacy to fill prescriptions.
