To My Dear Patients:

After 27 years caring for patients as part of Kelsey-Seybold’s medical team, I am retiring. My last day to care for patients at our Clear Lake Clinic will be Monday, Jan. 31, 2022.

It has been a privilege to be your Primary Care Physician, and I want you to rest easy knowing that my trusted Adult Medicine colleagues at the Clear Lake Clinic are here for you.

Your healthcare needs are incredibly important to me. It’s my advice based on decades of practicing medicine that you should have a Primary Care Physician to help keep you healthy and treat issues before they become serious. I strongly encourage you to select one of my outstanding colleagues as your new Primary Care Physician.

Transitioning to your new Kelsey-Seybold Primary Care Physician is very easy. Kelsey-Seybold’s electronic medical record system allows your medical history and any notes I’ve made regarding your care to be immediately available to any Kelsey-Seybold physician and medical staff.

Jaesoon Hite, M.D., is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. Dr. Hite completed her residency at the Scott & White Family Medicine residency program in Temple. She has been a member of Kelsey-Seybold’s medical staff since 2005.

Shahnawaz Khan, M.D., is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. Dr. Khan completed his residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Galveston. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu, he has been a member of Kelsey-Seybold’s medical staff since 2019.

Kenny Lam, MD

Kenny Lam, M.D., is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. Dr. Lam completed his residency at the Conroe Family Medicine residency program. Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, he has been a member of Kelsey-Seybold’s medical staff since July 2021.

Balaguru Ravi, M.D., is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a secondary specialty in Sports Medicine. Dr. Ravi completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Joseph Mercy-Trinity Health Group in Ypsilanti, Mich., and his Primary Care Sports Medicine fellowship at the University of Buffalo in New York. He has been a member of Kelsey-Seybold’s medical staff since 2020.
