Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Cypress is a four-story multispecialty care center conveniently located off Hwy 290 to give the Northwest Houston community easy access to high-quality, comprehensive care close to home.
In addition to adult and pediatric primary care, our Cypress clinic offers nine other specialties, diagnostic and lab services, X-rays, and a Kelsey Pharmacy—all in one location.
Welcoming New Patients and Accepting Most Health Insurance Plans
Our Cypress Clinic is welcoming new patients and accepts more than 50 health insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is also in-network with the following Medicare Advantage Plans: KelseyCare Advantage, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare and WellCare. - For your convenience, a Kelsey Pharmacy is located onsite – so you can pick up your prescriptions right after you see your doctor
- Kelsey-Seybold Clinic was named the nation’s first accredited Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in 2013 by the prestigious National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
- The NCQA also designated Kelsey-Seybold as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).

Patients can conduct an on-demand Video Visit 7 days a week until 9 p.m. If you are having COVID-19 related symptoms, please take an at-home COVID-19 test prior to conducting a virtual or in-person visit to expedite diagnosis and treatment.
