Professional Background

Dr. Wanika Williams earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering at Tulane University in New Orleans in 1995. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans in 2000. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 2004.

Dr. Williams has worked in a variety of positions over the course of her medical career, most recently caring for primary care patients at Duke Primary Care Knightdale in North Carolina from 2017 to 2019 and as a supplemental provider with Memorial Hermann Medical Group in Houston from 2019 to 2020. She joined Kelsey-Seybold in April 2020.
