Dr. Amdur graduated from The University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio in 2012. After earning her medical degree, she completed an Internal Medicine residency at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center in 2015 and was awarded a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, which she completed in 2016 before joining Kelsey-Seybold.

Dr. Amdur is a member of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, the American College of Physicians, the Harris County Medical Society and the Texas Medical Association.

Hobbies and In​terests

Dr. Amdur enjoys reading, watching movies and traveling.

Fun F​acts

Dr. Amdur’s favorite historical figure is Benjamin Franklin. If she could have superpowers, she’d choose the power of flight. Her guilty pleasure is playing the Powerball lottery and her favorite book is “A Confederacy of Dunces.”
